/vr/ - Retro Games

To me, it's obvious that if you had to draw a line somewhere, you'd draw it between 5th gen and 6th gen, between the PS1/Saturn/N64 and the GBA/PS2/Gamecube/Xbox. Can you think of a better place to draw the line? I don't think so. The choice that was made for /vr/ is the best choice that could have been made. 4th gen is retro and 5th gen is retro because their hardware was launched pre-1999, 6th gen is not retro because it came out in 2000 or later, and that's all that matters.
