That look has been common and popular since the SFC sound novel days - all of the games used them Otogirisou, Getsumen no Anubisu, Zakuro no Aji, Etc

Well just one non-retro game thing, a friend lent me a copy of a 3rd edition Call of Cthulhu campaign book so I'm going to be reading through a few horror stories and coming up with a short campaign based on that.

back to games, I have a few things in mind, obviously the original Alone in the Dark as well as Nocturne are going to be on my list. I was thinking about some other games like D, Siren, the first Silent Hill, Echo Night, Pathologic, Dark Corners of the Earth...a few other visual novel types from the olden days: Hayarigami, Zakuro no Aji, Yuuyamidori, Otogirisou, Majotachi no Nemuri, Yasukoyuku, Kuro no Juusan and a few other ones I can't think of right now - a few of them are on pic related, some are not.

Obviously I missed some games but I just played through RE 1/31 Sample, VtMB and Blood over the past two months so I don't really feel like going back to them.
