Back to update, TV came in intact from Georgia to New Mexico so quite a distance. When I first plugged it in I was only getting black and white picture with a line of color, thought I got Ebay'd but then I turned it on again later that day after work & I got color and it's been working great since, guess it only needed to settle in from being in the outside cold. Shipper did a good job packaging, no wiggle room and lots of styrofoam. I have more faith in FedEx now.
