There is a mod that is essentially a turbo PS2 version but I do not like it as much. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1962760372

While the xbox version makes cars extra shiny I prefer the overall colour tone it has as it is not as high contrast as the PS2 version.
