Can someone help me calibrate my newly acquired CRT monitor?

I've never done any sort of CRT calibration, and would really like to get the full potential out of this thing.

The factory default for it is 100% contrast, 30% brightness, and the colors seem kinda yellow compared to my LCD's that are sitting beside it, is that just because their screens are too blue?

Text seems a bit blurry as well, but I understand that's just the nature of the game on CRT monitors.

Pic related is the model, resolution and refreshrate I'm running. (1600x1200).

Also does anyone know if SuperBright mode muddles the colors? 9300K seems more normal to me than 6500K, even though I know that's probably the "correct" temperature.
