I built these sticks with nothing more than a circular saw and an old aquarium stand in my back yard. I wouldn't attempt much more than what I did how I did this. I was happy to be outside and busy for a few afternoons. If you don't have a drill and a hole saw, I wouldn't fuck with it any further however. I have a small supply of hand tools, but I forget how much time I have spent collecting them over the years. Its not worth the fight to do it with less than suitable conditions.
