Good man. DQ V is one of my favorite RPGs of all time, and IV is no slouch either.

I'd also recommend I and III on the GBC. Games are perfect to play on the go. And III is surprisingly solid for a GBC title. This thread will try to move you towards SNES. The translation is a little lacking, however if you prefer to be tied down to a single area, it might be better.

On my end I have a DS flash cart that emulates GBC personally, being able to play 1-6 on one console was glorious.
