I'm using GZdoom 2.2.0 (Latest stable) and only running the .pk3 and kdizd.wad from the same dropbox.

To me, the whole charm of Doom is just how goddamn flexible it is to different ideas. Having an enhanced AI wad wouldn't kill the Doom experience, it would just merely be something new to goof around with. I've heard this same argument about having guns that reload, zoom, and iron sight, and none of those lessened the experience for me in any way, just gave me a different set of toys. Doom should always be a toybox of fun.
