I'd say it is more likely than many other PS1 games. It is a more well-known and the script was already partly translated by some guy on YouTube.
There is still so much weird stuff on the PS1 like Dark Tales: From the Lost Soul, Witch of Salzburg and Iblard.
At least we got Mizzurna Falls.
