>broken windows and damaged doors
Collateral damage from zombies and other BOW's coming after any survivors, not to mention the guards trying to keep people from escaping before all hell really broke loose.
>massive spider webs
Couldn't have anything to do with the massive fucking spiders and their spawn that are crawling around, no.
>wilted plants
The rest of the thread already covered this.

Am I the only arachnophobe who found the spiders in the Resident Evil remake completely disappointing as enemies?

>go into room
>spiders spawn now
>"Damn, that's a fucking big spider, what does he do?"
>as it turns out, not much at all
>even getting into closer range they don't exactly hurry to you
>point shotgun down, BOOM
>"That's it?"
>realize that I don't even need to use a shotgun shell, I can comfortable use a few pistol shots from a distance and they can't do shit, BANG BANG
These monster spiders suck, why can I safely dispose of them from a distance at my leisure? Are they meaner in the original game or Director's Cut? I never got around to play those.

They should have been aggressive and fast, not lethargic and unresponsive, this is supposed to be horror.
