>decided to clean out all the shit ROMs and spend an hour hand-picking only the games I have even a glancing interest in playing
>eject the SD card reader after I’m done
>”Wait, lemme download some themes too”
>plug it back in
>File Explorer freezes, then my whole PC soft-locks
>restart
>plug the SD card in
>only the stock OS shows up, with no games or apps included
>replug the SD card reader
>my SD card is now reformatted to exFAT for some reason
>have to literally reinstall OnionOS and all my ROMs all over again
>look it up on the subreddit to see how to fix it
>they all basically say “Yeah, that’s normal”
But it shouldn’t happen THIS much, right? I’m using a Samsung card, so that’s not the issue. Is the stock SD card reader that comes with the MM+ just that bad? I know it feels cheap, but I didn’t think it was so bad that it would LITERALLY brick my SD card.
