this is the closest I can find to a pic of the section, but you need to make your way to the bottom of the area. these blue platforms make you bounce if you touch them, and you bounce higher than the distance between platforms so hitting one will send you bouncing right back up to the top again. it's so tedious. even in this screenshot the player is midway through being launched offscreen.
