If you want random, then the other paintings in the prison are weird. I kept replaying SH2 before I had internet and I'd find new clues and memos. These paintings I didn't find until my 3rd playthrough?

The first is obviously the hotel on fire. The other two seem unrelated. I think there's nothing more than that. The other paintings are there to throw you off and are just random nonsense while only the first has relevancy to the game's plot.
