So, I've decided to turn small health pickup in my mod into inventory item, and made two sets of sprites - it's supposed to be an Epi-Pen-like injector. Thicker one looks better as pickup, but worse in a used-up variant. Or I am overthinking this and I should just use a thick pickup sprite and a thin used-up sprite?
