if you are looking for setup to get into usf4 then super street fighter 2 turbo would be a good idea, though it is only for arcades and the difficulty for single player is insane. if you are put off by the difficulty you could get street fighter collection 2 on playstation. that has bother street fighter 2 championship and hyer fighting as well as being a pretty accurate port and can help get you used to using a controller for fighting games. also street fighter alpha 2 has the same move set as usf4 for every character that the games share (minus the ultras obviously)
