RG351v/p has RetroArch but no Android for around $104. I find it's less necessary on these anyway if you just want something like a Game Boy

RG351v is a much better value than the Pocket, it has a single easy to ignore analog stick and that's it. Does not require cartridges or modding of any sort to play roms. I remember when the Pocket came out and people realized how much better the 351v was for the price.

Would be wiser to spend that $120 on an RG351v or 353vs, can play any Genesis, SEGA CD, or 32X game, plus over a dozen other platforms, including Dreamcast.
