This is a very minor nitpick, but 3D Classics made doorways more obvious than they should be, including most hidden doorways. It also keeps the glitch(?) from the Famicom version where Kirby's health is refilled after Heavy Mole's battle screen, which doesn't happen on NES or GBA, meaning that if you're playing V.S. Boss! mode, you get an automatic health restore before Meta Knight. I think I also read about a glitch where King Dedede actually restores your health bar from one hit if he spits you out a certain way but I never attempted it. Point being is that 3D Classics has its issues too and there's no perfect way to play Kirby's Adventure. Did you know that in the NES version, if you beat the game on your main file after unlocking the sound test in it, you re-lock the sound test until you beat Extra Mode again?

I always considered Kirby's Adventure to be the NES's true swansong. Back in the day, I even thought it felt less like a late NES game (like Wario's Woods and the fourth Adventure Island certainly do) and more like early SNES. If you liked it for pushing the hardware, you might like games like Gimmick!, Moon Crystal, Crisis Force, Lagrange Point, or Metal Slader Glory, none of which were widely available outside Japan.
