>You like Blood? Monolith's early work was a little too janky for my tastes, but when Blood came out in '97, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically. The whole game has a sinister, creepy atmosphere, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really give the maps a big boost. It's been compared to Shadow Warrior, but I think Blood has far more bitter, cynical gameplay.
