There's nothing particularly bad with it. You could try adding some green patches (not necessarily the terrain but just decorations) next to sources of water to spice things up.

Sure, but I don't see them in the front lines summoning axes out of thin air. Keep them in the back, casting fear or paralyze on units or whatever.

Hey HotA anon, I have a question for your team - is it possible for your coders to implement a copy/paste area function in the HotA map editor, which is something I read people were able to implement in WoG's map editor?
I'd like to take all those various concept maps I've made and merge them into a single map but doing it manually would be a Herculean task at this point.
