Cool project to show your skills and get hired, but these sorts of things always seem stupid and pointless to me from a player standpoint. It doesn't even look better except for the resolution/crispness (lol @ those shadows in the beginning). Who would get excited over "you can replay Resident Evil 2, but this time it looks different?" Nah dawg I would just replay RE2.

Mostly projects like this make me sad because I see tons of effort put into what could have been a NEW RE-style game. Make your own layouts and puzzles and enemies, man, then it would be something everyone could enjoy fresh, and it would have been the same amount of work it took you to recreate something everyone has already seen.
