I usually use front speakers from old surround sets. They usually have magnetic shielding and can be found at thrift stores everywhere for like $5. Plug them in using pic related.
Have used with bvms, as they have no speakers at all. Have used them with pvm 2030s without the amp, which works great.
I've used with pvm-20L2 as that's strictly mono.
It works great and you can swap out speakers as wanted.
