The Egyptian theme was really out of the blue in UT2k3, though BR-Anubis was probably my favorite map, there was also a DOM labyrinth-like map without ceiling that was fun to play in instagib invasion with jump boots mutator.
Though, there were many good-looking remakes of Unreal DM maps too, many of the player-made remakes were neat as well, like DM-Tundra and Healpod (also pic related), somewhere I got a dozen CDs full of UT2k3/2k4 maps and mods, I'll try uploading some stuff when I find them.
