Just checked, and yes, apparently Windows does recognize the Wiimote as a Bluetooth Input device. However, with the WiiMotion Plus, you need to install Toshiba's Bluetooth Stack, which may need additional tinkering if you don't have an actual Toshiba bluetooth adapter, but it still works.

If somebody has a Wiimote and a bluetooth adapter, they should try it out and report back. I do, but I need to find out where the hell it is, because I'm moving out and it might be in a box.
