No, not literally. When people say games "age" they mean the technology becomes outdated, such as long CD load times in between every room on PlayStation Resident Evil, or poor texture filtering on N64 games. It can also refer to outdated game mechanics, like constant, inappropriate QTEs because RE4 did it and that game sold well. No one is speaking literally about age, but if you have a special needs IQ I understand how it can be confusing.
