Ok, so you've done Thy Flesh Consumed, TNT, and Plutonia, then? Good, you should be ready for tougher battles.
Know however that while playing Thy Flesh Consumed and Plutonia on UV is fairly hard, UV on many popular mapsets can get harder than this, a lot harder even, so if you feel like you hit a wall in terms of difficulty when playing on UV, don't be afraid of stepping down to HMP, as there are sets which can be a mighty strong challenge on that level anyway, stronger than Plutonia on UV.

>I prefer dark and satanic themed campaigns, anything like Quakes Arcane Dimensions equivalent for DOOM in terms of scope and quality?
I don't know about exact equivalent to Arcane Dimensions, as that's some pretty extravagant detail, but there's a fair number of mapsets out there which don't just for slightly darker aesthetics, but even make heavy use out of Quake's own textures (they can be made to fit really well).

Favorites of mine include Bloodstain and Scythe 1 & 2, you also have some stuff like The Darkening episodes. There's also Suspended In Dusk, which doesn't get that gothic, but it's pretty dark and brooding industrial atmosphere, with large, dirty, and lavishly detailed techbases
Hellcore 2.0 has some dark and gothic locales, and there's this Russian dude named Lainos who's made a bunch of cool dark maps, like Doxylamine Moon Overdose, Object 34 Sonar, Deneb Colony, etc, these are single maps but which are huge and intricate (some of them are a bit unsuitable for ports like GzDoom, due to their large size).

/vr/'s own /doom/ has also made some mapsets along those lines, like 2048 Units Of /vr/, and Ad Mortem (the latter being a Halloween project, mind that GzDoom can't properly run that one yet, so you'll have to run it with something like DSDA).

Made some really cool maps which also played really well, was pretty influential in his mapping, also figured out a lot of vanilla mapping tricks which still aren't obvious to a lot of people today.
If you want to see his most famed work, look up Suspended In Dusk, dirty brutalist bunkers made out of old gray concrete slabs and rusty plate metal have never been so beautiful before.
