My family owned a 2 story barcade in western north Carolina several years back. We had a pretty great selection (including Lucky and Wild, which I've yet to see anywhere else). Unforunatley, drunks and cabs don't mix and shit broke alot. Since profits mostly came from the drinks, not alot of time went into repairs. Still, we were pretty successful untill we moved and left our business partner to run things; he opened a fucking hookah bar upstairs and eventually ran it into the ground. I still have pretty great memories of taking my buddies there after school with the cabinet skeleton key and getting max leveled in Gauntlet Dark Legacy.
