>Is this a meme setup photo? No way that is a legit setup.
OP again.

It is 100% legit setup. Here is what it looked like before the brown plastic storage drawers. I still had room for all of the OG XB controllers (3+ Duke).

>CRT size: acceptable
That is one bad-ass Console TV. What goes on under it? Is it speakers and electronics or storage?

Pic related is my zenith 27" S-video TV from 2004. Photo is from a month ago, and the only thing that has changed is that I have boxes of OG Xbox shit all around as I work on removing the Wii-U, and trying to find a way to fit the Xbox under it. I think that my solution is replacing the PSX with a PSOne so it sits beside the N64....I don't have lots of space, but IF I can get the Xbox under the TV, I can get the Wii beside it. More space up top for peripherals is better than hiding them in the guts of the tv.

>if you don't like N64 go fuck yourself
I enjoy my N64. It is one of the few vidya game systems I have. Pic related is my current battlestation.

>Anyone here have any experience with these?
I had a tv made in 1989 when I first moved out in the mid 90s. I picked it up used somewhere...But it had svideo. I never used it because I didn't know better and was thrilled that it had composite in. Hell, I didn't know what it was until years later. I don't know who made it, but it was black, and very wide. It had some big speakers on the sides. Was a 20". My friend still raves about it to this day because of its age and the Svideo. He cannot remember who made it either. I would probably have bought it also just for the cool wood tone. My last pickup was a pristine S-video 2004 console 25", and I am happy as a clam.

Why are clams happy? They don't have console tvs.

>I can see why people might think you were me
I find myself agreeing with you often. I remember that time you got banned and came over to "our side" to discuss the implications of what you had said. We certainly laughed together. It must be a Xoomer thing. Most of the people in my generation are weak, and can't seem to find the determination to do more then to complain about where they are, but never realize that they are where they are because of personal choices, and not some vast web of external factors that are conspiring to limit them. I was raised different. When I wanted money, I was told to go cut lawns, rake leaves or shovel snow for the neighbors. I cut lawns from 12-16 while being the paperboy, I worked retail from 16-18 and by 18 had a cushy job.

Every video game system I own, aside from the NES & Atarii I bought myself. My parents were cheap, and bought 2 systems in my time at the house (0-18 years old). An atarii in 83 when they were dirt cheap, an NES in christmas 86. They got their N64 after I was living on my own. Mom and dad loved Mario Kart 64. Mom still plays it DAILY. I did somewhat lie earlier. I do not have my first N64. I gave it to my sister, so I could justify buying one that suited me better. Technically we still have it.

TL:dr (not really)
I really do appreciate what the wii is capable of, and it is a casual emulation machine that is underrated. It really shines when you connect it to a CRT. I still prefer the real deal, but its a great backup...especially when little brats smash your good shit.

Pic related is my current mess. I know I posted a photo earlier, but it was slightly older. This one is fresh. As my tv has sat here, I have plugged more and more into it.
