Butt is pretty damn good, really strong shoto with a great set of typical shoto specials (fireball, dp, tatsu) with a command dash on top of it. His main issue is he gets his best damage from break canceling his DP, which is not consistent so it can be easy to mistime and drop a game winning juggle into super. Definitely a solid character for learning the game.
