I found this Samsung 1080i 32" on CL for $25.
Picture quality and speakers are great
The problem lies with the fact that when I turn it on, it defaults to Wide mode all the time. Secondly, when using SCART to Component, I'm seeing it cut off the top and the right side. From what it looks like, the picture is getting pushed to the upper right, as it persists even when making it 4:3

Also for some reason, I can only access Component by going to the menus and not normal A/V switching
