okay, i'll bite. I am a huge mgs fan. but let's get started.
>It is a pseudo remake of MetalGear2:SolidSnake with a similar story and elements(rescue a young woman who falls in love with snake. find a disguised woman who is a solider. GrayFox and Number 1 fan guide snake...ETC)
>playing the game without cutscenes is too damn short
>the only thing to make game play longer is by back tracking
>majority of the areas of the games don't have guards patroling, making the game seem empty and isolating at moments.
>8 patrol areas. Caverns, Heliport, Tank Hanger, B2 of tank hanger, Nuke building 1st floor, Nuke building B1, Blast furnace, Raven Boss Room, and just One guard to throw off the player in rex's layer.
>you can exploit you footsteps to be quiet by equipting and unequiping your weapon fast.
>the increasing health bar and ration/ammo capacity makes the game too easy as you progress. the curve goes backwards
>the guards have terrible vision and hearing despite Naomi saying their senses are "high developed"
>you get automatically shot when you try to run past an invisible wall during Sniper Wolf fights.
> you have to akwardly hold X and Square to aim while running, while avoiding not to accidently shoot or crawl

it's an amazing game and i love it to bits, but when you've completed it about 50 or 60 times, you start to like it less and less.

Nowhere near as good as its predecessor.
Even the GBC game is better than PSX Solid.

Lookin for some classic action adventure games, similar to MG2; items and weapons to collect, bosses to defeat, neat story.

System Shock 1 and Super Metroid are my favs for this. Looking for lesser known titles, so no Zeldas.
