I did the retrotek rgb to component adapter. I think they cost $80 but you can use them for multiple systems. They take scart, but most does unless you make your own cables.

Honestly if you only want a few of the retrovision cables, it's probably easiest to just buy them. It's not necessarily the best for all setups but it is damn easy and you can get different adapters for a few other systems.

It does exp audio. It is simply a floppy drive emulator, won't play other games. Think of it as a flash cart that plugs into the fds ram adapter (which you need).

It will play the FDS games exactly as if they were being read from the discs.

I hope you were trying to be funny gramps. I'm not saying a pc crt is worse than a consumer set, but a snes would look better on a consumer tv. If you were going for playing snes on a pc crt you might as well hdmi your computer into a modern flatscreen because it would have about as much soul as on a pc crt.

I guess if you wanted to experience the nostalgia of emulating in the late 90s on your desktop it would work though, but you have to add the 25-50% scanlines or it wouldn't be the way I used to do it.
