I don't got a CRT with a hookup handy, like a lot of people.
I'm not one for CRT filters personally, I prefer stuff like Blargg's NTSC filter; reproducing the signal going to the TV, rather than the TV display.

In any case I did get Reshade + CRT Royale working with Ship of Harkinian, and tweaks the presets from non-default.
I find it pretty harsh to look at even on a good 4K display.
The underlying image is native 4K but the shader masks the image, and I think is supposed to produce a phosphor glow effect but I'm not really seeing it.
Still, this is only really scratching the surface of what Reshade can do if I really wanted to put more time into it.
