Just got her set up but when I turned it on I immediately noticed this really really high pitched noise that persists until I turn it off. I noticed a few chips in the screen so I imagine it's been banged up through out its life. I can easily tune out the noise, I just want to make sure it's safe to use. I don't want to slowly cook my brain with radio waves or something. If it wasn't obvious I'm a total pleb with this sort of stuff. Any advice will be most appreciated!
