Rent absolutely free.
N64 will continue to be popular and there's nothing you can do to stop it. You will die and N64 will continue to have its legacy and people who love it. Tough luck.

>I don't think about it much
Doesn't seem to be the case.
>I hate the fans, get it right.
You're just claiming stuff like "all racing games on it are shit". You obviously have the N64 living rent free inside of your head.
Also, fanboys are always bad, no matter the console, so moot point. You're just as obnoxious as the actual n64 fanboys, if not even worse.

Why are Sony fanboys so hateful?
If you have so many games to play in your gargantuan library, then go and play video games. You sony boys are constantly shitposting instead of playing games, or even discussing your own games. All the time obsessed shitposting against N64 or Saturn.

It's a pretty divisive console, but I'm on the side who really enjoyed it.
I had a PlayStation first (and a 3DO before that), and then I got a N64 and finally a Saturn, all of them bought between 1996 and 97, so I got to experience 5th gen as a whole, and N64 still came out as my favorite.
Great single player experiences, great multi-player experience. Maybe I would have given the PS more time if I was into RPGs.

>Show me N64 games with art directions as tight as Vagrant Story, MediEvil, Spyro, Mega Man Legends, Tomba 2, Threads of Fate, etc.
Art direction? I always liked the art direction of the Goemon games a lot. Anyway we were talking about 3D capabilities.
To be honest, I think Vagrant Story's art direction to be kinda overrated. Yes they did some cool tricks with the textures, but it's all so brown... I dunno, maybe it's just me.
Megaman Legends 1 was on N64.

>FMVs were plentiful on the Saturn as well
Yeah but at worse quality, you needed an extra peripheral to get good FMVs on Saturn, PlayStation had a very good video codec.

Eh, 5th gen in general was a bit weak IMO. I find myself going back to N64 and Saturn more than PS nowadays, but I did play a lot back in the day.

Again, both Epic Yarn and I assume the Wario game too were Nintendo games, so Good Feel had to accomodate to their demands. Shake it had the obligatory waggle, and Epic Yarn had the immortal thing.
I haven't played Wooly World but I've heard both positive and negative/mixed comments. But again, another Nintendo property.
I honestly wouldn't mind if a new Goemon game is watered down for casuals, I'd be happy if classic Goemon is back on track by the original devs. In an ideal world they'd have 100% creation control and would make another game like Goemon's Great Adventure with modern graphics and shit.
