Don't even need that if you don't want it, you can just run Normal4x in the video settings and it can fill with minimal blur/pixel flickering

Friendly tip, in retroarch's video settings you can set the filter to "Normal4x" and the scaling looks a LOT cleaner

Neither of those options are good, best is bilinear 4x (or whatever x your emulator will let you go to)

The clean visuals of nearest without any of the lopsided pixels
