What if there was a classic car magazine started in the 80's that said you can't publish photos of cars made after December 31st, 1959, and they refused to change the cutoff date 39 years later? In the year 2019, this Chevy pickup would not be considered "vintage".

Also just as an example, the Neo Geo Pocket Color was 14 when /vr/ was created. The PS2 is 19 years and 4 months old as of today. But I'm sure you'll find some way to justify this.
