It plays like a bad version of Shock Troopers, which is still pretty good. Same company that developed the SNES version of Shadowrun.

Itt underrated gems.

True Lies for SNES. Really good top-down shooter with tight controls. You could even strafe in any direction and roll perfectly. There was weapon switching and an ammo count, too, although the pistol had unlimited ammo. Good level design both in terms of layout and detail. Graphics aren't especially great but not bad either and the sound design was nice with some funky music to boot. Plus there was blood which is always nice in a SNES game.
