One of my fav car games as a kid was Crazy Cars 3 aka Lamborghini American Challenge by Titus. It's simplistic but somehow it got me hooked.

Anybody ever play Fatal Racing? That game was crazy with loops and shit

Am I the only one who considers GT1 the best? This being said, I'm only ever SERIOUSLY got into 1 and 2.

I however never 100%'d GT1, only 99%...

>it's the longest, 4hours30 long, course
>one summer afternoon in my teens I decide to try it
>be in first position during the entire course
>after almost 4hours and a half of endurance in the same course, doing the same thing over over, it's finally the last lap and i'm still first
>suddenly half way through the last lap the car which was in 2nd place passes me over (even though I was so fast I had several laps in advance on the last cars)
>can't get back to 1st position, it's the last minute of the course
>finish 2nd
>stare at the TV for about 30secs
>slowly get up and turn off the console/tv
>go outside

After that I didn't touch the game during at least 5 years.
