It's my favorite console for a reason. Pretty much they took everything about the Genesis and made it even better. I have a soft spot for the 32X as well despite having only forty games.

From what I've seen, Model 2, JVC X'Eye, and CDX. The combo units make it seem more like a proper successor to the Genesis which I really like. Even with only 204 games I really feel it could hold its own as a standalone console with the Genesis cartridge slot as a bonus.

I still have yet to play Snatcher, the Lunar games, and an actual playthrough of Popful Mail (played up to the first boss but forgot to save).

I REALLY miss this phenomenon. Where a non-gaming company would manufacture a high end version of a game console because of a business arrangement they had with Nintendo or Sega.
