As a European, it kind of looks like something I'd expect to maybe find in some long forgotten corner of a thrift store. I pick it up and look at it, and I can't read the back of it because it's only in like, Turkish or Ukrainian or some shit, and it's some shovelware title which was thrown together by one of the absolute bottom of the barrel dev teams you could find there.
You could find cheap and awful covers on American games (inexplicably, fucking Megaman), but when they put effort and money into their games and what not, they'll get someone like Brom, Vallejo, Bell, etc, to paint a cool cover for their game.
