/vr/ - Retro Games

For emulation, I've been trying to find out what methods can be used for widescreen, without pop-in, culling, or other major issues. I was hoping you could help.

Let's start with dreamcast. The following games support 16:9 native (anamorphic):
Donald Duck Quakers, Rayman 2, Tokyo Xtreme Racer 2, Toy Commander, Toy Racer.

The following work in redream with the widescreen hack setting:
Crazy Taxy 2, Cyber Troopers Virtual On 2, DOA 2, Dolphin Blue, Fighting vipers 2, Ikaruga, MvC 2, Power Stone 2, Resident Evil Code Veronica X, Shenmue 1&2, Skies of Arcadia, Sonic Adventure 1&2.

The following work in Flycast, might work in redream, not sure:
Border Down, Cannon Spike, Carrier, Chaos Field, Charge 'N Blast, Chu Chu Rocket, Cosmic Smash, Crazy Taxy, D2, Death Crimson OX, Draconus, Dynamite Cop, Head Hunter, Heavy Metal Geomatrix, Illbleed, Karous, Maken X, Millennium Racer, Outrigger, Power Stone 1, Project justice, Rainbow Cotton, Red Dog, Re-Volt, Rez, Sega GT, Soul Calibur 1, Soul Reaver, Spawn Demon's Hand, Star Wars Racer, Super Magnetic Neo, Sword of Berserk, Time Stalkers, Virtua Fighter 3tb, Virtua Tennis 2, Wetrix, Zero Gunner 2, Zombie Revenge, Zusar Vasar

Saturn works good now
Dreamcast plays better than the real thing
Ps2 is fine
Gamecube and wii emulate better than the real thing
Psp is better than the real thing
Ds is better than the real thing
3ds is rapidly becoming better than the real thing, but still a WIP

Oh god i love emulatiooooooon so much
