So I just went to game center. I'm sort of disappointed, as they really do seem to focus on PS3 cabinets more than actual arcade cabinets. The PS3s are stuffed into something that looks like a Namco noir cab (Google says CloNoir). I think they have 8; 4 running Gundam Extreme VS and the rest you can choose games (mostly fighting games from what I can see). Those run of a flat rate fee, which includes home console play. Actual arcade cabs are low in numbers, but they do have virtual on.

Customers seem ok. Mostly seem and act like college kids of the animu club kind. There sort of is a gundam thing going on, with the gundam games on the 4 cabs and the gundam models. A few fat bitches playing farmville on iphone taking up cabinet space too. Gave me attitude when I asked them to move so I can play KoF with a friend.

I have 2 bucks on the card (which the arcade machines run off of) and probably will go back to play those off on virtual on and metal slug. Probably won't go back though, since I can just play PS3 games on the new sticks I'm going to make with my sanwa and seimitsu parts.
