Update on this, found the names stored in POS.EXE, looks like it won't accept half-width characters as it still tries to read the values as if it were full-width. Thankfully however it looks like there's some flexibility as the names are separated by just full-width spaces. Looks like they start at 0xA122 if anyone else wants to play around with'em.
