Runner-ups are Saria and Ruto, but they probably can't even bear his children, and first and last points negate it. Also Nabooru and the Chicken Lady, but they had no real chemistry compared to above and the former has Sagehood. Of course, going by the timelines, this also means Malon either ended up with someone else or died barren and alone two out of three times. And that's not getting into the incarnations of Malon that appear in a few other games, but for our purposes and sanity we're strictly looking at Ocarina of Time and its direct sequels here.
