Dragonstomper was the first attempt to turn CRPGs into something playable on consoles, and even now it stands out for its multiple ways of solving problems - there's a way to sneak past the final boss instead of killing it, for instance

Kind of stunned that a game like this was released in 1982. There's no leveling up, though.
