>suck ass playing as him
>end up playing Link and Falcon mostly and do pretty good against my friends
>fast forward to current year
>play Smash 64 again
>actually get good with Yoshi
>realize how much of a beast he is
I dunno about tier lists and shit, but I'm glad I finally got to get good with my bro Yoshi. Feels good.

I was playing Smash 64 last week and I decided to play Yoshi, which I remember not liking. It somehow clicked, good recovery, hits hard and I love how quick his down B attack is.
I wish the range of the egg throw was longer, but the explosions themselves have good range, so I can still make good use of them.
I also like that the model is seemingly the same one from SM64.
