Well, this IS a modpack.
And the dude who put this together only owns his own Dusted addon, and the Clusterfuck files.
Maybe he couldn't contact the authors of the other addons to get permission to use and combine them into a single pk3?

Besides, it's not that complicated, you just do it once, and then you only need to swap the wad.
