I got a 14 inch M4 from this. The seller was in an industrial district about 20 mins from my house and sold all sorts of industrial electrical stuff. They still had loads of 9 inch and smaller PVMs. The guy I talked to said he was surprised by the demand for them and people had asked for them to be shipped all over the country.
