Bought the original Klonoa used from GameStop when they were still selling PS1 games due to a strong recommendation from an online friend. Only played once then to see if it worked and never looked back until recently.

Playing it now and I don't see what's the big deal is. It's just another overly cutesy 2.5D platformer with a difficulty level designed with infants in mind. Maybe Klonoa 2 is better.
