I'm gonna dump a bunch of stuff randomly that I can think of, am slightly drunk right now, so tkae it with a bit of salt. I'll also only talk about the classes I really play. Feel free to chime in with what you guys think would be best for the others.

>All bows need a base damage buff and or magic/rare/unique quivers. The entire physical bow skill tree needs a direct damage buff, as well as immolation arrow.
>Tier 3 unique bows need to be changed to be competitive with Windforce/Faith.
>Enigma is too powerful, but that stems from the sorc TP skill being too powerful. Either it needs a few second skill cooldown or to be removed from the game entirely. Could replace the skill on the runeword with something like charge, or more MF or or movespeed.
>Give every character unlimited stamina from the start, or just remove it entirely
>corpse explosion is too powerful and the minions are too weak. Nerf and buff. Golems especially need a buff to damage.
>teeth, bone spirit, bone spear need a damage buff, especially teeth early on
>all the necro poison skills need the length to do damage reduced, but keep the damage the same/buff a little
>sorc skills need a re-touch. Firewall, hydra, t-storm, both novas and frozen orb need better damage.
>dozens of runewords can easily be changed to compete with the current best ones. Attack/cast speed, raw damage, + skills could make them good. There's so many runewords that are almost useful.
>M'avina's Battle Hymn, more specifically the bow, needs +raw damage. Would actually make the set useful. It's easily the worst of the top tier class sets.
>you could make so many of the 'meh' uniques good with just a few slight tweaks.
>every merc that isn't from act 2 needs a change to make them useful. Giving them all different auras seems the easiest option.
>mod the rare item affix pool to give stats that are more easily competitive with uniques. Mostly just increase the max and min ranges on enhanced damage, resistances etc etc
